Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Strategic Sourcing to lead end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories, partnering with business stakeholders to determine sourcing needs and opportunities. You will execute competitive bids, negotiations, and contracting while leveraging spend analytics and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing (indirect), category management, supplier management and negotiation.
• Effective communication in English and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates a strong financial acumen.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Well versed in using MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Category Sourcing Lead for the assigned indirect categories, including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Energy and Facilities.
• Primary sourcing partner support for key stakeholders within assigned indirect categories.
• Work with indirect suppliers to source indirect goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing contracts.
• Manage RFP events within assigned indirect categories.
• Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve BuyNow purchase requests and new supplier setups within assigned categories.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure favorable contract terms.
