Job summary

ICCU is seeking a Loan Processing Associate to handle the end-to-end funding of dealer loans and related documents. You will prepare, fund, merge loans, verify income and employment data, and ensure contracts meet policy requirements.

Daily tasks include filing, record-keeping, and assisting with month-end balancing. The role requires strong math, computer and Excel skills, plus excellent communication with dealership staff and members.

Qualifications

• Ability to cope with pressured situations.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability in math, 10 key, and computer.
• Must be detail oriented and able to maintain confidentiality of member records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, Fund and merge loans.
• Verify employment/income verifications and accuracy of loan contracts.
• File and organize all documents related to loans and contracts.
• Maintain records and assist in month-end balancing and reporting.
• Assist dealership personnel in completing loans with correct information.
