Job summary

Virginia Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Indirect Lending Associate to communicate loan decisions, guide members and dealers, and ensure timely processing and disbursement of indirect loans in line with federal, state, and internal policies.

Responsibilities include document review, adherence to risk controls, and collaboration with other departments to handle high volume periods while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of consumer loan products and lending policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate loan decisions and guide dealers/members through options.
• Process and disburse Indirect loans per VACU policies and regulations.
• Review documents for proper setup and pre-disbursement accuracy.
