Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union seeks an Indirect Lending Processor to manage processing and funding of indirect consumer loans. You will coordinate with auto dealers, RouteOne and CUDL to ensure timely funding and accuracy of loan documents.

You will verify income, load data into the LOS, and communicate loan stipulations to dealers and members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related consumer loan processing and/or funding experience including at least 6 months indirect experience.
• Familiarity with consumer lending products, documentation, policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members, management, team members and external third-parties.

Responsibilities

• Process and fund indirect consumer loans; monitor Dealer track, RouteOne and CUDL.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy; load data in LOS and fund per officer’s instructions.
• Handle incoming calls from vendors, dealerships and members; answer questions on processing and funding.
• Verify indirect funding package completeness; send to Records/File Room after funding.
