Job summary

Westmark Credit Union is seeking an Indirect Loan Processor to manage dealer applications and funding aligned with credit union policies. This role supports relationships between staff and dealerships to meet goals and ensure funding compliance.

The position emphasizes accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and excellent member service within a 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in banking, customer service, or sales with lending knowledge.
• Knowledge of financial products, services and lending regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Commitment to outstanding member service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review dealer contracts for accuracy and funding readiness.
• Review loan stipulations (residency, paid collections, etc.).
• Prepare and fund loans in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with the indirect lending team to process loans.
• Process dealership disbursements per procedures.
• Maintain daily performance levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership personnel.
• Assist dealers in completing loan applications accurately.
• Handle member and dealer inquiries with professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff and ensure resolution.
• Stay compliant with Westmark policies and regulatory requirements.
