Heritage Financial Credit Union is seeking a Loan Funding and Settlement Processor I to ensure accurate funding of consumer and indirect loans. You will review documentation, verify funding conditions, and coordinate with dealerships and internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining compliance and quality service.

You will handle loan packaging, posting, and funding activities, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing, contributing to member satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree preferred, plus two years of loan processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of lending operations, loan funding processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing operational SLAs, KPIs, and performance reporting.

Responsabilités

• Process and fund consumer and indirect loans per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Review dealer documentation and electronic contracts for completeness and funding eligibility.
• Verify funding conditions before loan disbursement and coordinate with dealerships and staff.
• Board new loans and members into systems prior to funding.
• Prepare and mail Welcome packets after funding.
• Perform quality control reviews of loan packages for completeness.
