Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience and education may be combined to meet the requirement.
• Strong phone and computer skills are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle loan applications submitted by indirect program participants and complete loan funding.
• Assist with dealer and member inquiries regarding the indirect lending program.
• Verify documentation for completeness, including documentation from third-party refinance companies and other vendors.
• Communicate with members and auto dealerships to obtain information needed to complete loan processing.
• Provide detailed comments about conversations with members and dealers concerning loans.
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with program participants.
• Coach dealers as needed to prevent recurring funding delays.
• Train employees as needed.
• Work with other departments to complete assigned tasks and support their work.
• Cross-train to process loan applications submitted by indirect program participants.
• Adhere to underwriting policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
