Job summary

PSECU is seeking an Indirect Loan Processor to manage vehicle loan applications from indirect program participants. You will verify documentation, communicate with members and dealers, and maintain strong relationships to prevent funding delays.

The role involves cross-training among related departments and potential training responsibilities. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in loan processing or related fields.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Loan processing and documentation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify documentation for completeness from indirect program participants and third-party vendors.
• Communicate with members and auto dealerships to obtain information needed for loan processing.
• Maintain positive relationships with program participants and dealers to avoid funding delays.
• Train employees as needed and collaborate with Direct Loan Call Center, Consumer Loan Servicing, and related units.
• Cross-train to process indirect program loan applications and adhere to underwriting policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
