Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience.
• Knowledge of indirect lending/dealer services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review audit and fund loans from LOS to CORE.
• Verification and scanning of contracts.
• Contact and follow up with dealers for missing information or documents in loan package.
• Speak with contracted applicants to verify information provided by the dealer.
