Longterm Health Management Services is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee manufactured housing communities across Indiana. This field-based role requires hands-on leadership, relationship-building, and a passion for real estate operations.

You will visit communities in Indianapolis, Plymouth, and Evansville, coordinate with on-site managers, and help drive performance as the portfolio grows. Ideal candidates are proactive, communicative, and ready to travel.

Qualifications

• A motivated, proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally.
• An interest in real estate, property management, or real estate investing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to travel regularly throughout Indiana and work hands-on in the field.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous property management or real estate experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Visit and oversee manufactured housing communities throughout Indiana, including the Indianapolis, Plymouth, and Evansville areas.
• Conduct regular property visits to assess community conditions, identify operational needs, and follow up on issues.
• Communicate with on-site managers, residents, vendors, and the corporate team.
• Monitor property performance, maintenance needs, and day-to-day operations.
• Help implement company policies, improve processes, and maintain community standards.
• Support the growth of our portfolio as we acquire additional properties.
