Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in Indiana to lead daily operations, drive resident relations, and ensure financial and asset health. The role emphasizes strong leadership, tenant relations, and team development within a growing manufactured housing community.

You will oversee leasing, marketing, and turnover while coordinating with vendors and local authorities to maintain standards and occupancy. A valid driver’s license and adaptability to evolving needs are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities required.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license; licensing within 90 days if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, budgeting, and asset protection.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of team members; conduct regular meetings.
• Manage marketing, leasing, turnover, and home sales/turnover to maintain high occupancy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, cities, and counties; coordinate community events.
• Coordinate with residents to uphold property standards and handle complaints; travel to meetings and trainings as requested.
