Job summary

Manufactured Housing Communities is seeking an Operations Manager to lead five Midwest manufactured housing communities, overseeing property managers, driving home sales, improving collections, and increasing occupancy. The role requires regular travel between communities and strong leadership to ensure operational excellence.

You will manage resident accounts, coordinate with lenders and vendors, and monitor performance metrics to meet occupancy and revenue targets while maintaining community

Qualifications

• Residency in Indiana or Ohio and regular travel to all assigned communities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication with residents, employees, vendors, and leadership.
• Proficient with Excel, spreadsheets, and related technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support property managers across five communities.
• Review collections, sales leads, move‑ins, work orders, and issues in regular check‑ins.
• Set expectations, establish goals, coach team members, and ensure follow‑through.
