Harmony Senior Services LLC seeks an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of communities in Indiana. The role requires Indiana residency and extensive travel, with oversight of day-to-day operations, sales strategies, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings.

Qualificações

• 10+ years' executive experience in senior care industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Administrative license in at least one state and ability to obtain others as needed.
• Proven ability to lead people and achieve success through management.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and management of a regional sector.
• Set sales and revenue goals and provide strategies to achieve them.
• Assist with annual budgets and allocate community resources.
• Communicate strategic goals to management teams in the field.
• Ensure quality, operational, and profit goals for a portfolio.
• Develop and implement operating plans for senior care markets.
• Monitor markets for new opportunities and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors to ensure competency and efficiency.
