Legacy Healthcare seeks an Operations Manager to oversee five manufactured housing communities across Indiana and Ohio. This hands-on role requires regular travel to each site, leading property managers, driving home sales, improving collections, and increasing occupancy.

You will manage vendor schedules, ensure curb appeal and safety, and report on performance and property conditions. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Excel, spreadsheets, and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support property managers across five communities.
• Lead and monitor collections, sales leads, move‑ins, and work orders.
• Set expectations, establish goals, coach the team, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training property managers as the company grows.
• Drive home sales, coordinate leads, show homes, and assist buyers through financing.
• Track occupancy, payments, and vendor schedules to improve profitability.
• Provide weekly updates on occupancy, collections, and property conditions.
