Flagship Communities in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. You will manage daily operations, tenant relations, and sales of homes and lots. A strong customer-service mindset and detail-oriented approach are essential.

This full-time role offers growth opportunities within our rapidly expanding company, with emphasis on community management, retention, and budgets. Must have 2-5 years in property management and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
• Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
