RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of manufactured home communities in the West Central and Southwest Michigan territory.

You will mentor Community Managers, manage rent collections, budgets, and reports, and ensure compliant operations across sites. The role requires travel between communities, strong leadership, and a focus on resident satisfaction, occupancy, revenue, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of multisite management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or college certification preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel between communities and work in Michigan's West Central and Southwest territories.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Community Manager deposits rent, pursues delinquent rents, and handles evictions per guidelines.
• Hire, train, and motivate the Community Manager; administer discipline with proper docs.
• Lead and mentor teams; uphold company policies and professional standards.
