Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years multisite management experience; manufactured home communities preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or college certification preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of a portfolio of manufactured home communities.
• Hire, train, and motivate Community Managers.
• Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and budget variance reports.
• Ensure safety, property maintenance, and timely reporting to Corporate.
• Develop operating budgets and analyze financial statements.
