Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Stine's products in designated counties in North Dakota. You will act as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, building relationships with growers and dealers while growing sales in your territory.

You will develop agronomic knowledge of Stine seed offerings, recruit new accounts, and work with a regional agronomist to provide strong sales support.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiating skills.
• Proven ability in dealer development and retention.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high level sales support in the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers directly or through a designated seller.
