Job summary

Stine Seed Company is hiring an Independent Sales Representative to cover Nebraska counties Frontier, Red Willow, Hayes, Hitchcock, Chase, and Dundy. You will act as the ambassador for the Stine brand and grow a strong, productive network of accounts through agronomic knowledge and proactive sales strategies.

The role emphasizes relationship building, program execution, and collaboration with regional agronomists to maximize territory performance and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and strong negotiating ability.
• Proven success in dealer development and retention.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic knowledge of Stine products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to grow sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
