Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative covering Boone and Hamilton counties in Indiana. You will act as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, grow and manage accounts, and drive sales with agronomic knowledge of corn and soybean seed products.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of proven sales techniques with negotiating ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and product knowledge for Stine seed products.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide support and implement sales programs.
