Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for the Highland County area in Ohio. You will act as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, building agronomic knowledge and managing seed product recommendations.

Responsibilities include expanding existing accounts, recruiting new ones, and executing company sales programs to achieve district targets while collaborating with a Regional Agronomist for high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build/maintain strong relationships with growers and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies within the territory to meet sales goals.
• Work with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Develop relationships with customers and potential customers, personally or through a designated seller.
