Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Warrick, Spencer, and Perry counties in Indiana. You will build customer relationships, expand the dealer network, and promote agronomic seed products through proactive territory management.

Strong communication, agronomic knowledge, and proven sales experience are required. The role offers flexibility to manage your territory and commission-based earning potential through successful partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of agricultural experience including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand in the assigned Indiana territory.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to increase sales.
• Implement Stine sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high sales support.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers.
