Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a part-time Installer/Trainer to visit customers’ homes in Minnesota, install CaptionCall phones, and provide personalized training that helps individuals with hearing loss communicate confidently.

You will work independently, meet new people, and make a meaningful community impact through every installation. This role supports CaptionCall’s mission of accessible communication for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Train customers on how to use their phone and key features.
• Complete service calls and equipment exchanges as assigned.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit required documentation.
• Retrieve, clean, and manage equipment inventory.
• Assist with community outreach and lead generation activities.
