Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a part-time Installer/Trainer to visit customers in their homes, install CaptionCall phones, and provide personalized training to help individuals with hearing loss communicate confidently. You will work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and contribute to community outreach while representing CaptionCall with professionalism.

The role emphasizes independent field work, customer-centric service, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in home visits or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Own vehicle with auto insurance. Required to provide and maintain a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes
• Train customers on how to use their phone and key features with patience and professionalism
• Complete service calls and equipment exchanges as assigned
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit required documentation
• Retrieve, clean, and manage equipment inventory
• Assist with community outreach and lead generation activities as needed
• Represent CaptionCall at local events and community engagements
• Follow all company compliance, privacy, and confidentiality requirements
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while working in customers' homes
• Perform other duties as assigned
