Preferred Reports is the largest nationwide supplier of personal and commercial lines loss control and risk intelligence to the insurance industry. We rely on experienced inspectors to conduct interior and exterior loss control inspections and return detailed reports through a cloud system.

As an approved vendor, you operate as an independent contractor, with weekly payments upon order completion. You supply your own equipment and maintain a flexible schedule to cover a broad territory.

Qualifications

• Preferably one year experience completing interior/exterior residential loss surveys.
• 3–5 years experience in Commercial Loss Control assignments.
• Ability to work quickly and meet hard due dates with minimal supervision.
• Own a computer with Windows 10 and reliable internet.
• Be detail oriented, well organized, with a flexible schedule.
• Must have a reliable car to cover a wide territory as needed.
• Must have a digital camera and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email or phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier.
• Take clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify and document hazards/controls found at the property.
• Complete on-site management interviews regarding the property.
• Upload report/photos through a cloud-based system by the deadline.
• Become familiar with client-specific guidelines.
• Communicate with Preferred Reports, agents, and insureds.
• Provide high quality and professional services.
