Our corporate operations support our extensive consultant network using a secure, cloud‑based inventory management system. Consultants and clients have 24/7/365 access to orders and inspection data.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of residential loss control surveys/reports and 3–5 years in commercial loss control.
• Ability to work quickly and meet hard due dates with minimal supervision.
• Own a computer with Windows 10 operating system and high-speed internet.
• Be detail oriented, well organized and have a flexible schedule.
• Possess a reliable car covering a wide territory.
• Have a digital camera, measuring wheel or similar device; camera pole up to 12 ft and measuring tool for P.L. work.
• Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email and/or phone calls.
• Complete physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier.
• Take clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify and document any hazards/controls found at the property.
• Complete on-site management interviews regarding the property as required.
• Upload report and photos through a cloud-based system by the specified deadline.
• Become familiar with client-specific guidelines.
• Communicate as needed with Preferred Reports, agents, and insureds.
• Provide high quality and professional services.
