• Must be detail oriented and well organized with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to meet hard due dates with minimum supervision.
• Own a computer with Windows 10 and reliable internet; own a vehicle for wide territory travel.

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email/phone.
• Conduct on-site inspections of properties and document hazards/controls.
• Take clear digital photos and upload reports through a cloud-based system by deadline.
• Provide high-quality, professional service and adhere to client guidelines.
