Job summary

Sevita, operating ResCare Community Living, seeks direct support professionals to assist individuals in residential settings. You will provide daily living support, personal care, transportation, and community integration, following individual service plans and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service plans including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, skill/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, recreation, transportation, community integration, shopping, and other activities of daily living.
• Accurately document progress and activity; review records; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain safe, respectful relationships with individuals and families; follow Sevita policies.
