Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support: Provide direct support per individual service/program plans; assist with socialization and behavioral development; personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, recreation, transportation, community integration, shopping, citizenship.
• Records: accurately document progress and activity; maintain confidentiality.
• Workplace routines: contribute to a safe, respectful and supportive living environment in residential settings.
