Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a part of Sevita, provides direct support to individuals with disabilities in residential settings. This non-exempt role is full-time or part-time, hourly, and requires a high school diploma and 6 months of human services experience.

You will assist with daily living, health maintenance, transportation, and community integration, document progress, and follow safety policies. A valid driver’s license is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to drive for program transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service plans, including socialization and health maintenance.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community integration.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain safety and follow Sevita policies and procedures.
