Job summary

Sevita, including ResCare Community Living, seeks dedicated Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide direct support in residential settings, help with personal care, health maintenance, and daily living activities, and document progress as part of a person-centered team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service plans, including socialization and health maintenance.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, recreation and transportation.
• Support with meal planning, community integration and activities of daily living.
• Document progress and maintain confidentiality.
