Regional Reporting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial insurance inspections and complete underwriting reports. You will drive to locations, observe facilities, document operations, and produce underwriting-ready reports via our online system.

The role requires 2+ years in loss control, knowledge of Property, General Liability, Inland Marine, NFPA codes, and strong writing skills. Some travel, flexibility, and autonomy are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major insurance carriers.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance lines - Property, General Liability and Inland Marine.
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.
• Broad understanding of NFPA codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Record onsite observations, measurements, and photos per carrier requirements.
• Identify building construction type, square footage, and hazards.
• Complete assignments and reports by due dates.
• Communicate with Field Manager to optimize inspections.
• Coordinate inspection meetings with insured representatives onsite.
• Prepare and report inspection results, upload photos, and create diagrams.
• Travel to insured locations; overnight travel may be required.
