Job summary

Regional Reporting, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial inspections across our coverage area.

You will drive to client sites, take photos, observe interiors and exteriors, and document findings in underwriting reports. Requirements include at least 2 years’ experience with loss control providers or carriers, knowledge of commercial lines, NFPA codes, strong writing and communication, and ability to work from home with a PC and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major insurance carriers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines (Property, General Liability, Inland Marine).
• Ability to identify building construction types and ISO classes.
• NFPA code familiarity.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record onsite observations, measurements, and photos per carrier requirements.
• Identify building and roof construction type, square footage, and hazards.
• Complete assignments and reports by due dates.
• Communicate regularly with Field Manager to complete inspections efficiently.
• Coordinate inspection times with insured onsite representatives.
• Prepare and report inspection results; upload photos and diagrams.
• Drive to insured locations; overnight travel may be required.
