Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment. Our team keeps kitchens running when equipment fails and downtime costs money.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and service a range of commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment, and read wiring diagrams to troubleshoot problems. You’ll work independently, manage your schedule, and have opportunities for on-the-job training, advanced certifications, and career paths into

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of technical experience in refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, or commercial kitchen equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation, including some nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and specialty equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams and schematics without hesitation.
• Build relationships with customers who will be genuinely thrilled to see you.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, and solve problems without constant supervision.
• Earn quarterly bonuses by meeting productivity and efficiency goals.
