Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to become a trusted advisor by delivering solutions that predict and prevent kitchen equipment failures for thousands of commercial customers.

You will service commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing and related equipment, read diagrams, troubleshoot, and pursue bonuses by meeting productivity goals.

This role offers on-the-job training, a company vehicle, and a benefits package including 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to be on-call nights and weekends
• Occasional overnight travel
• Immigration sponsorship not provided for this role

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Drive income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals
