Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to become a trusted advisor to customers by delivering innovative solutions to predict and prevent kitchen equipment failure across restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial clients.

You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment, read diagrams, and apply strong mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshoot, and read diagrams/schematics.
• Drive income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
