Job summary

Smart Care is seeking a Service Technician to become a trusted advisor to customers by delivering innovative solutions that predict and prevent kitchen equipment failures across thousands of restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial customers.

As part of the role, you will partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other specialty food service equipment; demonstrate your mechanical

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel as needed.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant/hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Achieve quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
