Job summary

Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment. As a Service Technician, you will work with customers to deliver service solutions for commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment, reading diagrams and troubleshooting to prevent failures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or related military service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshoot, and read diagrams and schematics.
• Earn quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
