Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to become a trusted advisor to customers, delivering innovative repairs and preventive solutions for commercial kitchen equipment across restaurants and hospitality sectors. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and related systems, reading diagrams and schematics, and supporting on-call rotations.

The role includes on-the-job training and opportunities for advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and related equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshoot issues, and read diagrams and schematics.
• Earn quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
