Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician II to independently manage maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC systems in Jackson, WY. A company vehicle, mobile phone, and clothing are provided, with pay in the $30–$40/hr range and potential profit share.

Requires 4+ years of HVAC experience and a valid CFC Refrigeration certificate. The role includes mentoring apprentices and advancing toward Technician III with ongoing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Valid CFC Refrigeration certificate.
• Advanced understanding of commercial HVAC/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and servicing tasks per LONG's Service Procedures.
• Oversee small HVAC installation projects.
• Train Apprentices and Tech I staff.
• Complete installation tasks with copper/steel piping and ducting.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service on-site.
