LONG Building Technologies, a leading HVAC provider, seeks a Service Technician I to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial HVAC systems. You’ll work independently within a dedicated team, using provided company vehicle and tools to ensure high-quality service at customer sites.

Qualifications include 2+ years in commercial HVAC, basic repair skills, and a CFC Refrigeration certificate; strong customer service and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and installations independently.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in maintaining commercial HVAC systems and perform inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration, and controls.
• Complete basic installation tasks on HVAC equipment and ducting.
