LONG Building Technologies is seeking a Service Technician I to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial HVAC systems. You will work both independently and with experienced technicians, guided by LONG's service procedures.

The role includes delivering high-quality maintenance and customer service, with provisions such as a company vehicle, mobile phone, and work attire, and opportunities for growth toward Technician II.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to conduct repairs such as replace motors, connect HVAC components independently.
• Moderate oral, written, interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical schematics.
