Job summary
LONG Building Technologies in Jackson, WY seeks a Service Technician III to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial HVAC systems at a rapid and advanced level. You will work with Supervisors and other technicians, but often operate independently.
A company vehicle, mobile phone, and clothing are provided to ensure you are well equipped for the job. Your focus will be on basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while delivering excellent customer service and quickly
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to work after-hours when needed.
- Experience managing large-scale HVAC projects.
- Expert knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF and BAS.
- Proficient in load calculations and energy modeling.
- Valid CFC Refrigeration certificate.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced and rapid troubleshooting on commercial HVAC systems while working independently.
- Perform advanced maintenance tasks and inspections per LONG procedures.
- Oversee large-scale installation and retrofit projects.
- Mentor Apprentices and less experienced technicians.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and complete required paperwork accurately.
