Job summary

LONG Building Technologies is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician II to join our Colorado service team. The role focuses on independently managing service calls, diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems, and mentoring apprentices within the Denver Metro area.

You will work from a company vehicle, with mobile phone and clothing provided. This position offers growth toward Service Technician III and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Advanced understanding of commercial HVAC, electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to manage service calls independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform advanced preventative maintenance and complex repairs.
• Oversee smaller HVAC installation projects and start-ups.
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
