Job summary

LONG Building Technologies is seeking a Service Technician II to independently manage maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC systems, handling more complex tasks with greater responsibility. You will partner with experienced technicians and work autonomously to manage your time and duties on site.

Pay Range: $34.65 - $50 per hour, plus potential profit share. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Valid CFC Refrigeration certificate.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC/electrical systems.
• Ability to work after-hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems independently.
• Assist with modest installation tasks and project oversight.
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
• Complete required paperwork accurately on site.
