Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of CNC router programming experience.
Proficient in Mastercam for CNC programming.
Experience programming for 3-axis and 5-axis machining.
Ability to read blueprints and translate into CNC programs.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

Program CNC routers using Mastercam for 3-axis and 5-axis machining operations.
Set up and operate CNC routers to run parts according to programmed specifications.
Develop new programs while current parts are running to maintain workflow.
Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to create accurate machining programs.
Adjust and refine programs to ensure quality, precision, and efficiency.
Work independently to manage your own projects and schedule in a fast-paced environment.
Adapt to different projects and part requirements as work varies by project.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot programming or machining issues.
