Job summary

Masterbilt Inc. seeks a skilled CNC Programmer – Mill to develop and optimize 3- to 5-axis milling programs for aerospace components.

You will work with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure safe, efficient production and adherence to AS9100 and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has advanced Mastercam experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and a track record of reducing cycle times while maintaining parts quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in manufacturing technology preferred.
• Minimum 5 years CNC milling and programming experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mastercam proficiency required.
• GD&T and ASME Y14.5 knowledge required.
• Experience with Haas, Mazak, or Okuma milling machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, generate, validate, and maintain CNC milling programs.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Support setup, prove-outs, first article approvals.
• Reduce cycle times and improve repeatability.
• Maintain program revision control and documentation.
