Poulin | Willey Trial Lawyers is seeking a Client Care Professional to be the friendly face of the Lexington office. You will manage daily operations, assist clients through their legal journey, and coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, and remote teammates.

The role emphasizes independence, ownership of the office, and a strong focus on client service while staying connected to a supportive remote team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service, reception, hospitality, or administrative experience is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors, creating a warm, professional first impression.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the office (phone, email, walk-ins).
• Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance reps, and remote teammates.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and medical visits.
• Maintain accurate client records in the case management system.
• Track client requests and follow-up tasks through completion.
• Assist with client disbursements, correspondence, and admin support.
• Manage front desk operations and office readiness.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to ensure seamless client support.
• Perform additional client support and administrative tasks as needed.
