Poulin | Willey Trial Lawyers is seeking a Client Care Professional to be the welcoming face of the Lexington office. You’ll manage daily operations, support clients through their legal journey, and coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, and insurance reps to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional first impression.
• Serve as primary office contact handling calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate communication among clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurers and internal teams.
• Schedule appointments and medical visits.
• Maintain accurate client records in the case management system.
• Track client requests and follow-up tasks through completion.
• Assist with client disbursements, correspondence, and administrative support.
• Manage front desk operations and ensure office readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to ensure seamless client support.
• Take on additional client service and operational tasks as needed.
