The role involves expanding capabilities from residential to commercial and multi-family work, and collaborating with BELFOR Estimators on scope development. Responsibilities include implementing trim, cabinetry, framing, insulation, and other carpentry tasks, performing emergency services when needed, and adhering to BELFOR safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive carpentry experience and ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to assist with scope development with BELFOR Estimators and run projects autonomously.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Recognize potential problems and request guidance.
• Answer project questions and direct complex queries to the right resource.
• Move and protect contents without damage.
• Construct containment for dust, dirt and contaminants.
• Use BELFOR methods for floodcutting, salvaging and labeling.
• Attend safety training and complete projects with shrink wrap when required.
• Maintain equipment and comply with BELFOR standards.
